Rooms where spacious, everything was great. Really enjoyed climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Pleased it had a tub😃❤

Everything was fine during 1 day, liked its prime location very close to many restaurants, and very close to city centre. The room was great-sized and well-equipped, there were central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe.

The location was favourable very close to old town and the staff here was amiable. Besides, it was close to very close to city centre, the cathedral square, and shops.

We truly enjoyed the room, it was extremely spacious and had a safe, television, and a fridge. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with bidet...

The rooms at Madama Guest House were cozy and comfortable. The tile/marble floor gave a nice touch, and the air conditioning kept us cool during hot Florence days. We loved having our own private bathroom with a bidet. The flat-screen TV and fridge were a bonus!

Personally, I didn't care for the balcony in the triple room. But hey, that's just me.

Travelling for business, I booked Madama Guest House near the train station. The room was beautifully designed in a Florence style, with lovely decor. The rain shower was incredibly relaxing, and the toiletries were of high quality. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station and all the attractions. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city.

The location of the guest house couldn't be more ideal - it is nestled within the charming old town area, just a short stroll from all the main attractions. It is also conveniently located next to the central station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent air conditioning to combat the heat.

The thin walls and noise from the surrounding rooms can be bothersome at night, affecting the quality of sleep.

loved the central location, friendly staff, and beautiful room decor that reminded me of the "White Lotus" series. Madama Guest House exceeded my expectations in Florence.
